Join Eco-Fueler Corporation in a Joint Venture
In order to move as quickly as possible into penetrating the market by manufacturing Roadsters, it is Eco-Fueler Corporation's plan to establish several regional Factory Plant Production and Service Facilities located in strategic places around the United States. Each factory will be approximately 250,000 to 390,000 square feet capable of producing as many as 100,000 to 200,000 Roadsters per year.
We are currently discussing this model with an Economic Development Agency in the East. With the involvement of the Economic Development Agency, it is possible to receive a large percentage of the capital in the form of Economic Development Bonds, with investors putting up the balance required to satisfy the banks purchasing these bonds. A factory that produces 200,000 roadsters will require new hiring in the range of $10 to $15 per hour for over 1,000 new hires for the community. In addition, it will also provide management level jobs in addition to the line jobs.
In the establishment of these plants, we are working, and will continue working closely with the local Economic Development Commission in each local jurisdiction in order to obtain the best possible economic advantage for the plant and the community, that is possible. Advantages available include, in some jurisdictions, financing, reduced real and personal property taxes, reduced pricing of the underlying land for development, and other potential income tax credits or reductions from the state in which the plant is to be located.
Each of these facilities will cost $20 to $30 Million and will include all of the machinery and equipment together with a stockpile inventory for the production of 200 Roadsters plus operating reserves for the first six months of operations. The investor(s) put up the money on these ventures and Eco-Fueler will act as the Managing Partner in an LLC formed specifically for each site. Eco-Fueler Corporation will provide the management and the orders. Locations and terms of the venture are negotiable, but it is anticipated that we will provide stock to the investors as well as a percentage of the net income over a fixed period of time, at which the venture would expire.
The purpose of these facililities is to rapidly increase the production of the Roadsters as quickly as possible so as to provide for the deepest market penetration in the shortest possible time.
