John S. Green
Chairman of the Board of Directors
John Green is the pioneer of hydraulic compression and was issued a method patent by the U.S. Patent office. In 1996 he founded O'Green Industries and serves as its' Chairman. He has extensive experience in research and development related to gas compression technologies, as well as practical know-how in machine design, hydraulic system design, fluidics, and electronics. He also has broad experience in start-up companies, product development, and industrial and consumer sales.
Jim Davis
President
Jim Davis has many years experience in the field of hydraulics. He was president of Haskell, Inc., Controls Division, in Burbank , California , a $200 million company that specializes in the manufacturing and sales of high-pressure compressor systems and hydro-mechanical and gas components. Mr. Davis was instrumental in setting up a world wide distribution network for Haskell that generated $80,000,000 in annual sales of high pressure gas devices. Prior to his position with Haskell, he was president of Hamilton Avnet, a 100 million dollar company that supplies electronic components to industry.
Asif Ansari
Vice-President of Engineering, O'Green Industries
Asif Ansari is on loan to Eco-Fueler Corporation from O'Green Compressors, Inc. as Director of Engineering. He is currently Vice President of IdeaLabs of Pasadena, CA, a company founded and run by Bill Gross. Previously, he was one of the founders and Vice-President of Engineering of Tesla Technologies since 1994 and continues to serve as one of its Directors. He was one of the founders of Omni Systems and served as its Vice-President of Engineering from 1990 through 1994. He has worked as a Senior Project Engineer in the Commercial Satellite Division of Hughes Aircraft Company from 1983 through 1990. Mr. Ansari was the Program manager for the Lunar Prospector Spacecraft Design at Omni Systems. His team's design for the Lunar Prospector Spacecraft was later licensed to the Lunar Research Institute. Lockheed Corporation successfully built the spacecraft for NASA. It was launched in 1997 and completed a successful 2 year mission. The Lunar Prospector spacecraft was the only successful Lunar Mission in the last 20 years. Mr. Ansari has an extensive background in aerospace and mechanical engineering. He has won several awards for Technological Innovation and Achievement and has numerous research publications in heat and mass transfer. He has extensive experience in systems engineering, control systems design, spacecraft propulsion, mission analyses and computational fluid and heat transfer analyses, along with expertise in other areas of aerospace and mechanical engineering. He earned his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Wayne Stevens
Vice-President of Operations, O'Green Industries
Wayne Stevens is on loan to Eco-Fueler Corporation from O'Green Compressors, Inc. From 1999 through 2001, he was Vice-President of Operations at Lunar Research Institute, Tucson, AZ; General Manager of Trinet Group of Companies, Auburn, CA, from 1995 through 1998; President of Omni Systems, El Segundo, CA, from 1990 through 1994, and Business Operations Manager for commercial communications satellites at Hughes Aircraft Company from 1986 through 1989. Mr. Stevens has extensive business experience in program management and operating mid-size companies. In addition, Mr. Stevens has a strong background in mechanical engineering design. He earned his Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and his MBA in finance and production management from the University of Chicago.
Senator Bill Morrisette
Vice-President of Governmental Relations
Senator Bill Morrisette, Vice-President of Governmental Relations, received his BA degree from Carroll College in 1953 and his Master of Education Degree from the University of Oregon in 1966. After teaching in the Springfield, OR school district for nearly 29 years, served as Mayor of Springfield from 1989-1999, State Representative from 1999-2001 and is currently an Oregon State Senator. He has received many honors such as Lane County Elected Official of the Year, Oregon Mayor of the Year, as well as Distinguished Citizen.
Jerry Hendricks
Acting Chief Executive Officer, Acting CFO, Managing Director and Director
Jerry Hendricks, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director and Director, has a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Oregon , an accounting degree, and a Master of Laws Degree (in taxation) from New York University where he was asked to join the faculty. He declined that opportunity and practiced law for a number of years specializing in business organizations and taxation. He then joined the Emporium Department Stores as General Manager and went from there to participating in a number of West Coast companies as Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He has most recently been providing Chief Financial Officer Services to a number of companies engaged in the insurance, manufacturing and services industries.
